March 20-April
27, 2012: National
Cherry Blossom Festival volunteers provide more than support,
they play an instrumental role in an important District of Columbia community
tradition and, this year, will be a part of history as the Festival celebrates
the 100th anniversary of the "Gift of Trees" from Tokyo to
Washington, DC.
Festival
organizers seek friendly, cooperative, and reliable volunteers who are at least
18 years of age. Knowledge about Washington, DC and the surrounding area is
especially helpful - many visitors are from out of town and may need advice
getting around. Various opportunities are available and groups are welcome and
encouraged to register.

Cherry Blossom Festival volunteer page or email Sue Murphy.
